What do I need to provide EBG with in order to obtain quotes?

To quote your benefits, we need to know who your employees are, what benefits you currently offer, and what you’re paying. To do this, we need an employee census, a copy of your benefit summaries, and a copy of your insurance bills.

Do you assist with COBRA, 1095 Compliance, and 5500 filings?

Yes. When we represent your company as broker, we ensure that your 1095s are sent out on time, your 5500s are filed in a timely manner, and that your COBRA, FSAs, HSAs, and / or HRAs are expertly handled.

Do you provide guidance on HR issues, termination decisions, and employee relations issues?

Yes. If you select us as your broker, you have a direct line to access our experience and expertise in dealing with employees. Whether you’re dealing with a tricky termination, employee discipline, leave of absence, or drafting a new policy, we are here to provide guidance (though not legal representation). If you need more robust HR help, we also offer outsourced HR consulting.

Do you help my employees with day-to-day issues such as unexpected balance bills, network access, ID cards, and selecting the best plan for their families?

Do you help with choosing the right HRIS system?
